He walked us through the process and took the time to explain each step.  We sat in his office and he went over the contract with us and made specific recommendations of changes that he felt were necessary to protect our interests.  After, he followed through and made sure that those changes were accepted by the sellers.  The closing went very smoothly as well.  When my wife and I took possession of the house, there were items that were included in the contract that had been removed.  I contacted Mr. Kittenplan who immediately began to fight for us.  In the end, the sellers returned the items after Mr. Kittenplan assured their attorney that he was preparing for immediate litigation.  My wife and I were very thankful to have someone in our corner who had our best interest in mind.

Divorce Services I am on the defendant side of the case, but I feel that my review of his services can be applied to either side. From Day 1, Joshua made the process as comfortable as possible which is a very hard thing to do in life situations like this. He listened and let me explain, but never pressed to hard and made me feel uncomfortable. He was informative, understanding and friendly. He always made me feel like he was on my side 100%. I would recommend him to anyone. He stayed later to work around my schedule even after his own office hours. He responded to my weird texts on the weekend when I was confronted with a question that I needed an answer to. If there is one person that breaks the perception of the stereotype of lawyers it's him. He is that good. An attorney with heart

I was referred by Josh Kittenplan's former client. I'm a mother of 3 kids with an X who decided one day to alter our child support agreement. After some considerable pleading, I could see the only way to enforce my agreement was with a lawyer. A move no one really wants to make.
