He walked us through the process and took the time to explain each step.  We sat in his office and he went over the contract with us and made specific recommendations of changes that he felt were necessary to protect our interests.  After, he followed through and made sure that those changes were accepted by the sellers.  The closing went very smoothly as well.  When my wife and I took possession of the house, there were items that were included in the contract that had been removed.  I contacted Mr. Kittenplan who immediately began to fight for us.  In the end, the sellers returned the items after Mr. Kittenplan assured their attorney that he was preparing for immediate litigation.  My wife and I were very thankful to have someone in our corner who had our best interest in mind.
